We are able to simulate the operation of piped services by using a proven software program. We can model, analyse and design almost any type of liquid flow system for a range of applications from pure water production to power generation, HVAC and petro-chemicals. The model is ideal for trouble-shooting. It is most powerful when used for simulations of future plant modifications, in evaluating alternative investment choices and developing practical solutions. Behind the graphical front screen there are large databases of components, including pumps, valves, fittings etc, with their fluid dynamic characteristics. Mathematical calculations use the fluid and component characteristics to work out the fluid flow through the whole system. Results can be specifically customised through the software's link with Excel to produce asset registers and component listings We can provide 3D “walkthrough” drawings of installed or planned building services pipework. Using an extensive range of inhouse instrumentation, we can measure pressures, temperatures, airflows and waterflows along with data-logging to monitor HVAC and process performance. | ||||||||
